The Coldwell Banker Academy
The Coldwell Banker Academy is designed to help our newest agents reach their desired levels of real estate success by teaching them the essential skills and activities needed to succeed in today’s marketplace. First, agents will complete a series of important learning activities focused on office policies, procedures and systems, essential career start-up activities and preparation for the important business development activities and selling skills that they will learn in ProStart. ProStart is a 4-week high-energy program designed to introduce attendees to the importance of daily lead generating activities to build a successful real estate business. After completing ProStart, agents will move on to the activity-based accountability program called SuccessTrack. SuccessTrack focuses on daily lead generation activities, skill and business building activities, script dialogue and memorization, and business planning.
C:BOLT - Our nationally-acclaimed local "Coldwell Banker On-Line Training" system is available 24/7 through the web and delivers "on-demand" training classes on hundreds of topics. The instructors for these sessions include local managers, experienced sales associates, staff members as well as national trainers and instructors.
Passport To Success - Seasonal events which feature national speakers, interactive breakout sessions and great exchanges of ideas that both educate and motivate our associates to focus on building relationships, solving problems and having fun.
Continuing Education courses - Continuing education courses are offered on a regular basis and our Training Department is here to help make sure that you're in-the-know when it comes to renewing and maintaining your real estate license.
Additional Agent Development Opportunities - In addition to our professional development opportunities offered at the company level, you'll receive branch level training and personal "performance coaching" from your branch manager as well as many great systems and tools from the national Coldwell Banker brand.
