Can I be a part-time real estate agent?
This depends on the individual. Some new agents may need to transition from a previous career or make extra money until they have established their real estate business. You will achieve higher levels of success as you increase the time you can devote to your real estate career.
How do I get a license?

How long does it take before I make money?
Your income is entirely up to you but will depend on your commitment, diligence and enthusiasm for your career.
What is expected of me in terms of attendance and office time?
One of the huge advantages to a career in real estate sales is that you are in control of your own time. You will have no required office hours but may choose to spend time in the office during sales meetings, training classes, script sessions and/or opportunity time. Your manager will help you establish the proper expectations on the time commitments that will be necessary for a successful career.
How accessible is my manager?
